How long will it take to create my will?
It depends on your situation and requirements. For most people, it will only take around 35 minutes.
Is the software difficult to understand and use?
Our software is straightforward and easy to use. You’ll be guided through each section step by step. You don’t have to provide the details in any specific order. You can save any section and return to it at your leisure.
Are my details stored safely?
Security is of paramount importance to us! Our software is hosted on a safe and secure server. All of your information is safe and secure.
£49 doesn't seem like much for a will?
We’re on a mission to make sure everyone has a will! There are no hidden costs – you’ll only pay £49 for your will.
What can go in my will? Can all of my wishes be included?
All of your wishes can be included in your will! There are no restrictions! You can leave instructions on how your pets should be cared for, leave a donation to your favourite charity, explicitly leave someone out of your will, or even put funeral arrangements in place.
If my circumstances change, can I update my will?
It’s easy to update your will! Just log back into your account and update or amend your details.
What happens when I've finished my will?
When your will is finished, we’ll email the documents to you. You can then make decisions on how to best store your documentation.
Can I speak to someone if I need to?
If you’d rather discuss your requirements face to face with an experienced, practising lawyer, then we can arrange this for you. Any costs associated with this advice would be given in advance.
